Clash for cash
CLASH FOR CASH - SATURDAY, JULY 11, 7:00 A.M.
MOHEGAN SUN POCONO, 1280 HWY 315, WILKES-BARRE

Join some of the fittest and fastest of Northeastern Pennsylvania for a chance to clash for cash and change lives. Teams of two men or two women can register in RX or Scaled divisions to compete for a cash prize. NEW THIS YEAR, the MIXED DIVISION where one male and one female can team-up and compete for a CASH PRIZE as well. (note: The MIXED division will not have an RX or Scaled level. It will be its own division.)

All proceeds from "Clash for Cash" will benefit WNEP’s Team Allied Services. The annual fundraising campaign, now in its 11th year, is changing the lives of kids and adults with disabilities across Northeastern & Central Pennsylvania. Team Allied Services is led by WNEP-TV morning show personality Ryan Leckey. Over the past 10 years, thanks to WNEP's Team Allied Services, Allied Services has been able to invest more than $3.9 million in cutting-edge rehab technology and therapy services for thousands with disabilities. Allied Services Integrated Health System is headquartered in the Scranton area of Pennsylvania and is one of the largest non-profit health systems in the state.

Registration is $170 per team (includes two t-shirts). Deadline to register is July 1st, but act early and you'll save with our early registration discount!

DIVISION REQUIREMENTS

When choosing your division please review the minimum movement requirements listed below. Each athlete should be able to:

  • RX & MIXED DIVISION Movement Requirements:
    • Row
    • Bike
    • Ski Erg
    • Double dumbbell squat clean (50/35’s)
    • Move a D-Ball (70/50)
    • Squat visibly below parallel
    • Perform box step overs holding 2 dumbbells (50/35’s)
    • Hang power snatch (115/75)
    • Deadlift (225/155)
  • SCALED Movement Requirements:
    • Row
    • Bike
    • Ski Erg
    • Double dumbbell squat clean (35/20’s)
    • Move a D-Ball (50/35)
    • Squat visibly below parallel
    • Perform box step-overs holding 2 dumbbells (35/20’s)
    • Hang power snatch (75/55)
    • Deadlift (155/105)

**Please note this is not in all-inclusive list. The ability to complete the above listed movements/weights is recommended if you plan to compete in the listed division. Actual workouts may differ.
