Allied Services unveils Higher Hourly Rates for Nursing Teams at Seven Locations

Allied Services is sharing exciting news with its staff. The non-profit health system is increasing hourly rates for hundreds of nurses and aides across its facilities as part of an ongoing commitment to providing exceptional care and support to the community.

Starting September 15, 2024, new, higher rates will take effect for Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nurse Aides, and Nurse Aides at multiple locations, including Scranton Skilled Nursing, Center City Skilled Nursing, Meade Street Skilled Nursing, and our Inpatient and Transitional Rehab Centers in Scranton and Wilkes-Barre.

New Hourly Rates Across Our Facilities

Registered Nurses: Starting at $40 to $45 per hour Licensed Practical Nurses: Starting at $30 to $35 per hour Certified Nurse Aides: Starting at $20 to $24 per hour Nurse Aides: Starting at $18 per hour to $20.50 per hour

Additional Pay Enhancements for Weekend Workers

In addition to our competitive new base rates, we’ve enhanced our differentials to reward you for the vital work you do on weekends. Incentives for weekend work vary by location, including double time, a special weekend rate, and unique shift differentials.
