New Higher Rates for Our Rehab Nursing Teams!

At Allied Services, rehab nurses play a critical role in the well-being and recovery of patients with limited mobility. Rehab nurses work with patients and their families or caregivers soon after the onset of a disabling injury or chronic illness. They restore patients' lives so they have freedom and independence again.

We are hiring now at our Scranton and Wilkes-Barre Rehab Hospitals and Transitional Rehab Units.

We’ve Raised the Rates – Because Our Nurses Deserve the Best!

At Allied Services, we are committed to being the best employer in the region, and a significant part of achieving that is ensuring our compensation package remains competitive and rewarding. We’re thrilled to announce new, higher hourly rates for our direct care nurses and aides at the Scranton Rehab Hospital, Scranton Transitional Rehab Unit, Wilkes-Barre Rehab Hospital, and Wilkes-Barre Transitional Rehab Unit. 

New Minimum Hourly Rates

We’re committed to offering a compensation package that reflects the vital role our nursing professionals play in delivering top-quality care to our patients every day. Effective September 15, 2024, we’re introducing the following increased minimum rates for our valued nursing team members:

  • Registered Nurses: $40 per hour
  • Licensed Practical Nurses : $30 per hour
  • Certified Nurse Aides: $20 per hour
  • Nurse Aides: $18 per hour

Enhanced Shift and Weekend Differentials

In addition to our new hourly rates, we have also increased our shift and weekend differentials to further reward our hardworking team members:

RNs & LPNs: The evening shift is $5.00 per hour; the night shift is $2.00 per hour.

CNAs & Nurse Aides: The evening shift is $2.50 per hour; the night shift is $1.00 per hour.

Weekend Differential: RNs and LPNs earn $5.00 per hour for all weekend shifts, while CNAs and nurse Aides earn $2.50 per hour. The weekend differential applies from 11:00 PM on Friday to 11:00 PM on Sunday and is in addition to the shift differentials mentioned above.)
