Announcing NEW RATES at Scranton Skilled Nursing Center

Allied Services Scranton Skilled Nursing has rewarding opportunities for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Effective September 15, 2024, staff at Scranton Skilled Nursing, 303 Smallacombe Drive will earn the following:

Registered Nurses: minimum starting rates are $40 per hour from 7 am - 3 pm, $45 from 3 pm - 11 pm, and $41 from 11 pm - 7 am, with a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 plus generous tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and benefits.

Licensed Practical Nurses: minimum starting rates of $30 per hour for 7 am-3 pm, $35 for 3 pm-11 pm, and $31 per hour for 11 pm-7 am, a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 plus generous tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and benefits.

Certified Nurse Aides: minimum starting rates of $22 per hour for 7 am-3 pm, $24 for 3 pm-11 pm, and $24 per hour for 11 pm-7 am, a $3,000 sign-on bonus plus very generous tuition assistance scholarships and benefits.

Make Your Time Count for More: Weekend Program

Understanding the challenges and commitment it takes to work in healthcare, especially over weekends, we are now offering a special incentive for our weekend nursing program. Our Weekenders work 3-12 hour shifts and enjoy many of the same benefits as our regular full-time staff, such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, tuition assistance, loan repayment, etc.

  • Registered Nurses working in our Weekend Program earn $50 per hour, plus an additional $1 per hour shift differential for 3 pm-11 pm and/or 11 pm-7 am.
  • Licensed Practical Nurses working in our Weekend Program earn $40 per hour, plus an additional $1 per hour shift differential for 3 pm - 11 pm and/or 11 pm - 7 am.
  • Certified Nurse Aidess working in our Weekend Program earn $27 per hour, plus an additional $1 per hour shift differential for 3 pm - 11 pm and/or 11 pm -7 am.
  • Any hours worked in excess of 48 per week are paid at Double Time (2x regular rate of pay).
