Join us at the Annual 5k Run/Walk in memory of Kara Cook, a past patient at Allied Services John P. Moses Pediatric Rehab Center in Scranton. Kara Cook was a beautiful, caring, and kind young girl who was much loved by her family and community. She lost her battle with cancer in September of 2017. The Run to Remember celebrates Kara's life. All proceeds from this event benefit pediatric therapy programs at Allied Services, a non-profit health system.

The race takes you around the scenic Lake Carey. Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome. Pre-register now - the first 100 to register will receive a commemorative race shirt. Awards will be presented to 1st Overall Male and Female Runners, and 1st Overall Male and Female Walkers. Age group awards presented to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in age groups: 12 and under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60 and over.
