Continue Your Recovery
Patients at Allied Services benefit from our comprehensive continuum of care. We’ll care for you from hospital to home. The inpatient neuro rehab team prepares patients and families for the transition to home or the next level of care. You can continue your recovery with the support of our Home Health teams and outpatient therapy programs.
If a patient suffering from a neurological disorder requires around-the-clock nursing and therapy services but cannot tolerate or does not require the intensity of therapy delivered during an inpatient rehab hospital stay, transitional care or skilled nursing may be more appropriate.
