Short-term rehab at our Skilled Nursing Centers Skilled nursing may be necessary for individuals who have suffered an injury or illness and cannot live safely at home or an assisted living facility. Our Skilled Nursing Centers provide intensive physical rehab services alongside round-the-clock nursing care to help patients from the hospital to home or another level of care.
